Breakers 414 is a luxury studio apartment with an extra-length king-sized bed and a sleeper couch. The couch has a very simple roll-out bottom, creating 2 short single beds for 2 children aged 12 and under.

It is located on the 4th floor overlooking the beautiful garden, pools, bird baths and Hawaan Forest & Lagoon, with a continous partial view of the sea.

The apartment has a ceiling fan, airconditioner and heater. The TV is connected to a feed providing over 40 Digital Satelite Video channels and radio stations. It also has a USB slot to accommodate a drive with video and music media

The spacious kitchen is very well equiped for self catering, with a large fridge, oven, glass hobb, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils. Cutlery and crockery for six settings are also provided.

A hair dryer, soap & toilet paper, bathroom towels and addittional pillows/bedding, electronic safe and free secure undercover parking  are provided, and the unit is fully serviced daily.
